I have been trying all day to contact someone to add BT TV to my broadband package. I have spent well over and hour and a half waiting on the phone, with no response. I have tried online only to have a message that my order cant be processed. I have looked to email them but there is no facility and, interestingly there is no opportunity to reply to their own emails. I despair - and I am trying to spend money with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry you're having problems ordering BTTV. What happens when you try to order through www.bt.com/tv/add ? Do you get an error message? Can you post screen shots (remove any personal details).
