I have a wireless device Solare-hd-wave 192.168.1.68. The device sends on a regular basis the data from my solar panels to an internet based server, this has been working ok for a round 2 years. Lately the device keeps connection the the HH5 but loses the connection to the server se log below. The only way I seem to resolve this issue is if I reboot the HUB, issue will then go away for maybe a day r several days. I then notice the event log keeps posting the entries below on a regular basis. Any ideas or should i be looking at other logs.

Try a factory reset of the home hub.
When I perform the factory reset will the HH5 automatically down load any BT upgrades it has received.

It simply loads the default configuration file, which overwrites any user settings. The firmware is unchanged.
Thank you for the information.
I will perform this function.
I performed the factory reset December 30/12/2020 my WI FI device re-connected to the hub and on to the internet server. This connection lasted until Jan 2nd 2021 at 17.51 when again connection to the server was lost. Since the factory reset my line speed has gone down from 28mbp to 24 mbps.
From the log see below for around 17.51 i can see no obvious error. except for the ICMP relay blocking which i believe is a BT IP address. Any ideas how this is cured as the messages are repeated until the early hours of the morning. The Device not communicating with the internet does not report back in until 06:00 hrs see

I receive no message from the device until 06:00 on jan 3. with the following errors which keeps repeating the pattern. Powering off and on the device does not seem to break this chain of errors !! Any clues of course of action are appreciated.
