BT Handset

Go to solution

Hi - after years (decades) of frustrations and ridiculous price rises I had no choice but make the switch to Sky. Now my (BT) Handsets are not receiving landline calls. Are they not compatible with Sky? Don’t see why they shouldnt work…

yep, ignore me. I had phone plugged direct into the phone socket rather than the router. Mis-led by my own logic.

No reason at all unless they're Digital Voice handsets.

@Chippers

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

What model of phones do not work?

Do they plug into a normal wall socket?

Hi @Devon_Dave .

@Chippers updated his post with 'yep, ignore me. I had phone plugged direct into the phone socket rather than the router. Mis-led by my own logic.'

Cheers
