BT Whole Home WiFi Premium admin user id

Had this for a couple of years but changed mobile phone recently.  Downloaded app but when logging in cannot for life of me remember what I used as user id...I know the admin password etc but not user id...

Any ideas please?

Have you tried your BTID which may be your "main" BTMail email address?

Hoping to do it without resetting...

Also have a firmware update been outstanding for a good while now.  Al stable on old version so worried about updating as seems on forum nothing but trouble if you do

Looks like you are going to have to do a factory reset and start again.
