BT Whole Home WiFi connected devices.

Hi. I have a Premium whole home wifi system but the Whole Home app has stopped showing any connected devices,  with error code Device-006.  The home page does tell me how many devices are connected to each disc but there is no device info behind it and no device list. It was all working perfectly until a couple of days ago when the system decided to disconnect its discs and o spent hours resetting and reinstalling the whole system.  Eventually got it working again but with this one remaining issue. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
