Hybrid Connect Stock Issues

I'm so annoyed, i renewed my contract with BT last week agreeing to keep my package the same but for a cheaper price. The next day my Hybrid Connect was disconnected and removed from my package !!

I called BT and was told this had been done in error and they would ned to send me a new Hybrid Connect box (why they couldn't just reconnect my old one it don't know) anyway the replace came and was showing solid red lines when i tried to conect it, phoned BT again was told the will have to send me a replacement.

Now they tell me due to stock issues it won't be sent yet, it was last Friday i was told it would be sent. I'm so annoyed, thinking of cancelling my contract while still within the 14 days cooling off period.

To top it all they charges me £11.99 to send the replace box !!!!!!!!

Anyone else having stock issues ?

You need to complain again, you should not be charged extra for their mistake!


I only learn by making mistakes and owning up to them - boy do I learn a lot!
