I have recently added Complete Wifi to my broadband account but have received an email asking for the Smart Hub to be returned. I only received an extender disc not a replacement router so have nothing to return.
If I don't return anything will I be charged?

Check your MyBT orders to see what is going on. BT may have sent you a new SmartHub2 which you haven't yet received.

Thank you for your reply, I have checked the order and it only states to receive a wifi disc, but is expecting the router to be returned, see screenshot below.
