Hi. I requested an upgrade to my home broadband and am trying to find out if i will be sent the hub 2 as it shows this on tge website but does not show on the email confirmation i received
Any help would be great

Recent posts suggest that you only get a Hub "upgrade" if moving to full fibre.
Please remove your vol.number as it is personal to you.
You would not normally be sent a new BT Hub if you already have one unless it was necessary to make the newly ordered package work or if you were being moved onto Digital Voice which requires the Smarthub 2.
