It would appear his post had disappeared well on my end. But it basically said thanks for raising this issue and send him the landline number and they will look at it. I didn't do that, I'll just ring bt at somepoint I think. When that will be idk.
Hi, @BAM13 Robbie's post has been taken down, he was asking for details to help us raise a case to get this investigated. We have received sufficient information to submit a case with our network team and we didn't want to inconvenience any other community members by leaving the post visible.
We have since received an update to acknowledge the caller display issue in the Norfolk area and it's estimated that it will be fixed by tomorrow evening. In the meantime, I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused.
