Hi, I've recently ended my contract with BT as I've moved house. I have been asked to return a mini hub but have not received the returns package to enable me to send this back. I cannot see where I can request another one, and also I cannot see where I can include the new address that it needs to be sent to (although I do have mail redirection in place so the one that has been sent out should have found its way to me). Any help would be much appreciated.
Call BT 0800.800.150 and request a bag and explain about the address change.
