Hi I've returned my BT kit having moved to EE. Products returned end of September and still being asked to pay outstanding bill for kit.
Spoke with a BT employee last week, in DM team? They said they had cancelled service and that would now close down account and wrote off/cancel the outstanding amount, however 2 days ago got another reminder for outstanding payment?
Can you confirm account is now clear?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
