I have 2 old BT hubs, a 4 and a 6 that are just collecting dust now. I have rung BT 150 many times to return this equipment because I don't want to pollute the environment with it by throwing them away, but get stuck in a queue every time. This forum appears to be the only way to contact BT other than by phone. Hopefully they might see this and respond.
