I returned BtHub and 2 WiFi Discs in a pre labelled bag and have confirmation of postage and delivery to the address but still receiving e mails from BT saying they have not received.How long does it take . tracking confirms received on 6/1/22

When depends on how long the backlog is from Christmas, if you're worried and it's causing you stress, you can call BT who can use the tracking references to update manually, then you'll receive confirmation.
