Hello,
I have received an email requesting a Minihub to be returned, but when I log into MyBT, I am not able to find " Return your BT kit" anywhere in ordernto get the white returns bag and labels.
How can I proceed with this request?

I was sent a mini hub when my fibre went pear shaped
In the box was a returns label to return it when requested by BT
Interestingly the address label was for a different address from the normal returns label which I had received in the past
I sent the mini hub back a few days ago and within 4 days had an email from BT saying they had received it
