Actually not so sure why its so difficult and why there isn't the ability to do it online and if there is it isn't to find!
How do you return equipment? And I don't mean sending me to find a link that's not available i'm 'My BT' section.

If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send a returns bag out to you.
