Returning Kit

I have equipment to return. BT keep sending me emails to return this equipment but have not as yet sent me any return bag and label. They have instructed me to go on line to 'My BT' and 'return my kit'. I have now been on the BT website from 45 minutes and cannot find these instructions anywhere. They is no area to ask a question, the phone call I have made to them have me on a  45-50 minute wait time, so I have had no option but to join the community in the vain hope someone can instruct me. 

I also note that this is not an unusual question and has been asked many times before by many persons, and the replies have been of no use to anyone as they are answered using the subscribers personnel emails. 

So sadly I have now taken the same route. I await to be instructed further.
