Returning equipment

I am trying to return the BT hub from my mother-in-law's house following her death and its sale.  I phoned to arrange for a returns bag but this was sent to her address; the house is empty so I need a bag sent to my own address.  I explained the situation to the person I spoke to, but clearly I was misunderstood.  How do I get a returns bag sent to me?
