I have a SH2 at another house which is also supplied by BT but the hub just won't update. It's stuck on a firmware from end of 2020 (v0.24.xxxxx) however firmware with SH2 at this house is fine and running on latest (v0.37.xxxx).
Is it possible to PM with the serial number for the lazy updating SH2 and push it through?

Is the hub powered and connected 24/7 or is it only intermittently connected?
Try swapping the hubs and see if it updates at the good address.

Both hubs are powered on 24/7.
The idea of using the good address had crossed my mind but unfortunately the practical reality of this means it just isn’t possible.
I was hoping that an alternative route via BT community forum moderator could do the trick. Happy to supply the BT account number at the other address so checks can prove who supplies the phone/internet.
