Sent my Bt box pro

I just went into my on line BT bill and I am being charged £87 for my monthly charge which normally is £57 and they are saying that they are still waiting for my BT Box Pro to be returned I have already sent it back and Royal Mail have said that it was delivered and they have not taken the £30 off my bill.

Hi, @lornagg when did you return it? It's currently taking 3 or 4 weeks to process the returns, so the charge will be automatically refunded once that's logged.

The extra charge is for a connection fee which they said that I wouldn't be charged for at the time that an engineer would be sent out to connect the BT Box to my tv.

That £30 extra on my bill was not for the Box apparently it was for the BT engineer that came on the 6th April 2023 to set me up which they told me that they wouldn't be doing when I spoke to someone.
