I have a BT SmartCam that has worked great for 5-6 years but now appears to have a problem I can't figure out how to resolve.
It won't connect to my network despite numerous resets and linking in. The camera does show up in the network list but only as a saved item. Trying to connect it does nothing - it says it's connecting but then fails to. I'm just unsure what else to try with it. The App just says the camera's offline (obviously) so not much help.
I just can't locate any troubleshooting info on the site hence wondering if anyone here can enlighten me on what else to try.
