I have a Whole Home Wi-Fi Single Disc From the Original BT Trial that I haven't used for a long time and it no longer works - just get a red light on the disc. I imagine, for one, that the firmware is definitely not up to date.
It was originally managed using the My BT app but I see now that there is the WholeHome app.
Is there any hope of getting this to work and if so any suggestions are much appreciated or should I just recycle?
Have tried the helpdesk but they were unable to help.
