Is it possible to restart BT Premium WH remotely? I mean when I'm not at home on my wi-fi network?

Hi @DarkEnergy, thanks for your post. I'm not sure if it can be reset remotely but you should check with the product help desk and they'll be able to confirm this for you.

You can reach them on the phone: 0808 100 6116 (Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm & Sat 9am to 2pm)
Or alternatively, drop them an email and they'll get back to you: btconnectedhome@bt.com
