bt4600 twin beeping after voicemail

We have the bt4600 twin 

When someone leaves a voicemail we can hear the voicemail recording and then their message, and then the base of the phone holder beeps for ages until I press stop.

Very annoying, how do I fix?

Hi @Nancicreedon welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Page 58 on the BT4600 user guide explains how you can turn that off.
