From today (26 June 2025), we’ll start to roll out version 25 of the BT Email App.
The main change you will see is the Login process which will change to match the Webmail experience with the introduction of ReCAPTCHA.
Small changes to the Icon on your mobile device
When is this happening
- Upgrade invites will be sent starting from 26 June.
- IOS customers will be updated first, followed by Android.
- Not all customers will get their upgrade invite at the same time.
You can use it if:
- You're a BT Standard Email or BT Premium Email customer
- Your device supports Android 11 or above
- Your device supports IOS 16 or above
