From today (26 June 2025), we’ll start to roll out version 25 of the BT Email App.
The main change you will see is the Login process which will change to match the Webmail experience with the introduction of ReCAPTCHA.

The BT Email app on my Samsung A16 has started to make me do a full log in complete with the six digit pin request quite often so what is going on.
I checked the build version running and its 25.2.3

Have you tried deleting the app cache and cookies?
Do you frequently sign in to the app?

@ssrco02 To clear the cache for an app on a Samsung phone go to Settings>Apps then select the App you want from the list. Then click Storage and at the bottom is a clear cache button as well as a clear data button.
I would try clear cache first and see if that works, if not the clear data button in the same place will completely remove the account and any settings from the app, so you will have to log back into your account and take you to set it back up fully when you next open the app.
