I’ve suddenly been unable to send or receive emails from a long term trusted contact. My wife also has a BT Email account and has no problem in sending or receiving to the same contact.
I have now set up this contact as a trusted sender and have no emails blocked. Still unable to send or receive to this contact.

When you say you have no emails blocked, does that mean there are no email addresses or email domains (the part after @) in your BTMail blocked list ie the list is completly empty or do you mean that your your contact's email address is not in the list?
If it is the later I suggest that you re check the list and this time look for the contact's domain, not just the email address.
I would do that using a web browser and not with the BTMail app.
The BT Mail Blocked list is completely empty.

Yes, I've tried both the app and webmail and the same problem exists with both.
The strange thing is that my wife can send and receive emails to this person on BT Mail with no problem at all.
