My email has not updated since 18th August. I've tried uninstalling, signing out. Nothing works. Any advice please?

Could you try logging in at BT Mail online to see if emails are updating there?
Another thing you could try is clearing the cache and data of your email app, if you're using a mobile device. This can help resolve any lingering sync issues.

Hi. I did log in via the web and that was not updating either. I tried clearing the cache and thankfully everything seems to be okay. Thank you for your advice.
