I have been trying to login to My BT for several weeks. When I try the response on my lap top is always, Account Inactive, Access Denied. I have telephoned customer service 3 times and on each occasion been told the problem is national and it would be remedied within a couple of days. When I try to use the mobile app the same thing occurs, but I also get stuck in a loop until it says I have tried verification too many times! BT clearly has both my email address and mobile number, but seems unable to resolve the login issue. Please explain why and what you can do about this as telephoning customer service clearly doesn't work.
I and many other forum members have posted the same problem. BT are aware and working on the problem with hopefully a fix soon
