As per title, we suddenly last few days have a huge issue of 20-30Mb bband when we're paying for much, much more. It's killed our streaming.
Engineer coming Saturday, but I can't even show them the problem?? I searched old posts and it's advising wholesale test which obvs has gone. I can't even log into bt through "fix a problem" .. as soon as I get to the test it says "couldn't find your account!" and I'm logged in, looking at my account!?
Any help appreciated (beyond wild guesses lol)
The BTWholesale speed test cannot be used for FTTP lines. Use Fast.com instead.
If you create at account at Think Broadband, their speed test logs all results in your profile.
