BT Full Fibre installed on pole but not available to order

Hi all,

I've just move into a new place and as part of my home move, had an openreach engineer come to the house to sort something.

When moving, was advised that ADSL was the only technology available at my address but knew that FF was in scope. Openreach engineer has confirmed it's installed at the pole at the end of my road (less than 100m away), just ready for activation.

Today, I received a mail shot from TalkTalk to say I can order FF900 from them and confirmed in their site but still not available to order on BT's site...

Why does it seem a non-BT Group company has been given ordering rights before the BT Group itself...??

Would love to get FF as I work from home and Copper with Hybrid Connect just doesn't cut the mustard sometimes...

Any help appreciated.
