interestingly in my recent conversations with the “front line” support I was advised I was guaranteed a call back against my complaint from management today between 11 and 13:00. No call was forthcoming.

Don’t think I’ve had any response via this forum. Getting some movement via BT in Dundee but it’s painfully slow.

I am so sorry that your message wasn't picked up. It didn't come through to us as they normally should.
