On Wednesday 17th January at 11:00 an issue has occurred with my broadband connection along with house phone which is digital voice.
My BT hub 2 is flashing purple. I’ve factory reset and checked all connections and all are connected as they should be.
Two occupants of my household are elderly and vulnerable. Which meaning they can’t telephone anyone in an emergency.
Help please…
Have you reported the fault, and when is it due to be fixed?
It would normally be three working days from when the fault was reported.
Does your household have a mobile phone which can be used in the case of an emergency ?
Unfortunately my household doesn’t have an emergency phone.
Reported yesterday. Monday next week to try and fix the repair.
