Broadband connected without Internet

  • I recently changed to full fibre and it didn't drop out before. Does anyone have any advice to do to help

yes  that would suggest hub connected and internet working  what about hub lights

green lights on ONT and blue on hub suggest your internet is working.  are you using an ethernet cable to connect your device as wireless maybe causing you a problem

I have noticed its better since I disconnected my phone from broadband and reconnected with password so thanks alot
