Our broadband quite on 2 Feb 24 so we lost the telephone as well. We have a BT Hybrid Hub which has taken over as far as the broadband is concerned, but the telephone is still disconnected.
I reported the fault via My BT and got a message to say it would be fixed by "the end of the day on 8th February". IT was not fixed although the BT fault site said that both the broadband failure and the telephone failure had been attended to and were now fixed.
I again reported the fault and we are now assured that it will be fixed by the end of the day on the 13th February.
So, all this time we are paying in full for a broadband service and a landline telephone service which are not working. 😠
