I'm a full fiber user. Over the last two days I've had bad service and then this morning my wifi went down completely. Most things came back up after rebooting/resetting the SmartHub, but all my Ring devices still can't connect. Lots of talk on Twitter about similar issues to this or PlayStation and Alexa. Something to do with a NAT type failing. Getting through to BT is proving useless. Thought I'd log this to add to any other messages with other specifics.
There are a few threads about this but no official announcement that I can see or timescale.
Thank you. I didn’t see the others but will have another look. At least its not just me going experiencing the issue.
Although it's an year ago, may I know how did you resolve this issue?
