We are having full fibre fitted on 8/11 but are having constant dropouts of BB signal with the current equipment, bt refuse to look into this unless we cancel the upgrade, any information would be great, thanks Chris
Does the hub light change colour? To what?
Have you checked your phone line for dial tone? If there is a dial tone then dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone does not work with digital voice
I would say that's breach of contract..!
Regardless of the situation, you're paying for a service that's not working correctly, if it is as you say it is.

Sorry you're having problems with your connection. Is this a wireless or wired issue? Did the engineer get this sorted for you?

Hello, thanks for your reply, engineer came yesterday but only to the box in the street, didn't fix the issue, home visit tomorrow so we will wait and see, issue affects both wired and wireless, thanks Chris
