Bt app

My issue is that I have received an email saying my bt hub is up and running but when I try to verify my email to gain access to my BT account is keeps saying to wait 10 mins after receiving my activation email. I received my activation email hours ago and my hub now will not connect to the internet and I can’t use my account to check why.

Thanks for coming to the BT Community. 

Since you posted, have you been able to access your BT account and check the connection status? 

If this is still happening, have you tried restarting the router and trying to access your BT account again?
