I was due to have a broadband upgrade this Wednesday (5 March) but cancelled will BT. Spoke to BT most recently on a Saturday who confirmed cancellation. I am still getting emails from Openreach telling me they are coming on Wednesday which is a concern as do not want and will not be home. Hopefully these are just system generated reminders and this part of their system has not caught up with the part that was told of the cancellation. Can I contact Openreach directly to reassure? Pos just by replying to the reminder and hoping it gets to a person.

you cannot contact openreach but try contact billing using message now and see if they can help you and confirm upgrade cancelled
