Cancelling a contract

Ive had nothing but issues with BT full fjbre 900! Im gettin speeds of 27mbps and been without broadband for 6 weeks. 
has anyone else had issues?

im cancelling my contract tomorrow talktalk are offering a better deal

Have you reported your slow speeds/ loss of BB to BT?

You do realise TT will use your existing Openreach FTTP connection which will mean the issue will just carry over if it is an FTTP fault.

Have you considered the early termination fee if you cancel and move to TT?
