Capacity Issue (Supposedly)

Hi All,

I've moved home this week and my activation for full fibre 100 was supposed to be yesterday. I called and they said there is a capacity issue and open reach will not provide an update until next week. I know that the previous tenant had full fibre as well, so surely there is no capacity issue?

Ive also had these results from the availability checker which (unless im wrong) says there is availability

Any help on what to do/who to ring would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Capacity Issue (Supposedly)

Thank you! They have advised me that the order was incorrectly flagged as an exception by openreach and they have contacted openreach to get it resolved.

Thank you for the number, 10 mins on the phone to them and sorted, compared to 4 calls to the normal helpline with no advice other than to wait for an update!
