Contacting customer services

Having trouble getting through to customer services, yesterday and today, gave up after 30 minutes on hold

Anyone else?

Are they on strike at the moment?

There were 2 industrial action days (strikes) in the last week, this meant fewer calls were being answered and possibly creating a backlog, if you try today they are open as normal but just like yourself, others might be trying who couldn't get in touch yesterday.
