I was given a connection date of 09/06 for my fibre install, this should have been a 1 stage install as the wholesale checker showed ducting in place. On arrival the engineer discovered that there was no duct leading to my property and advised another team would need to attend to install a new duct. Since then I have heard nothing. Can any of the moderators on here get me an update on when my installation might proceed?
