Does this look normal for home hub

Very slow internet for weeks,Can anyone tell me why my data rate is so low , we always get 45-50mbps been at 17mbps for 3 weeks ,  home hub has been resetting most days by itself, many thanks

Assuming you do not have digital voice can you check your phone line has a dial tone as your description of problem suggests a wire broken in socket

Broadband works with 1 wire connected but slow
