FTTP 1000 available, but only being offered 100mbps?
Used to have 300mbps with BT, then renewal came around and they would only offer 100mbps despite originally having the choice of up to 1gbps. Have 500mbps with sky currently, but BT still won't give me anymore than 100?
It's making it really difficult to shop around as only a couple of providers offer full speed and I'm just confused at this point. I've complained to BT and openreach to no avail.

Was this in your personalised offers? If so not every package is shown there. It could even be down to backhaul capacity or cable link issues.
The FTTP team maybe worth a try:

Yes, personalised and normal search. My neighbour (attatched house) gets offered the full 1000mbps, it's just me on my street that seems to not get it.
