Hi All, I'm new to BT Fibre well I hope to be.
Order the 900/110 package via BT website on the 7th Feb, OR came out to pull the cable to the house.
However they would not get from the house to the connection point due to the duct damages in the pavement outside or no duct at all.
The Engineer said he would fill out some forms and send it back to planning to get a dig team out to lay a new duct to another point on the other side of the grass area.
Just wondering what sort of delays this will cause tot he install going forward.
