Showing just over 600 so I suppose my speed is more or less OK.  My package ios 900 with guarantee of 700, what is the normal or average speed I should be getting?

@tmarsh12345 Your speed is below what you should be getting, have you made sure you are using CAT 6 cables?

Download seems low, mine never falls below 900, but then your upload looks high as mine is always about 115

Logged a call with BT, they reckon it's because I have some wifi connections.  So I have to run the test without any devices connected.

Tests done and nothing wrong inside, speed still around 600 so they are sending an engineer. Tried various speed testers today and all report 900+. Should I cancel the engineer visit?

BT engineer called today, factory reset the router, said it was a rouiter software update corruption but speeds still sub 700.
