if the FTTP TEAM number is busy then you get redirected to CS.  you just need to keep trying FTTP

Got through to them- They have booked an engineer for next Tuesday. Hopefully they can get it sorted and it's an easy fix.

Just to add to this. 

 

I've tried a third party router and get exactly the same issue so must be either an ONT issue or a line issue

All up to decent speeds now. 

 

Ran a speedtest last night on fast.com and got 1.2GBPS!
