Full Fibre

So i paid BT for fibre BB had it over a year ands wanted to upgrade to a faster speed but its saying i cant why ? like i said i actually paid to have fibre fitted but it wont let me upgrade to full fibre package ? twice now i have paid BT to fit my BB and i still cant get what i want WHY ??

Are you sure you have full fibre and not just FTTC?

Do you have an ONT fitted?

No its not FullFibre thats what i THOUGHT i was getting but no , i paid to get normal to the house fibre , but at the time assumed it was full . it annoys me as i paid £180 for my phone line and internet then had to pay another £150 for fibre a few years later . so paid £330 and still dont have what i want
