Hearing Aids and BT Home Hub 2

I'd appreciate some advice. I got my first pair of Hearing Aids a week back, Oticon 3 Minirite T C090, and I'm quite happy with them but there does seem be one issue my TV on H T M L  has slowed down, way, way down..  Today I tried an experiment, picked a film at random from Prime and it took 61 seconds for it to be up and running properly. That said when I have a connection it is stable.y

My other hardware is a BT Home Hub 2, the Amazon Firestick a  iPhone XR and iPad.

So can anyone give me an idea as what's going on here?  Is there no

Re: Hearing Aids and BT Home Hub 2

Hi @kah22 welcome back to the community and thanks for posting. I doubt that your hearing aids are causing any issues with your broadband speed. How are you accessing Prime on your TV? Is this through the Firestick or is it from an app on the TV?

The first thing I would recommend would be to do a broadband speed test to check that. You can do a test by downloading the MyBT app if you don't have it already on your iPhone or iPad.

Thanks

Neil
