How long before a service goes live

So today I  got an email from "Sam" at openreach to tell me my postcode had finally gone live with ultrafast.

But when I try to sign up the BT site says I can have a guaranteed 5Mb superfast service!

When will the newly installed Ultrafast become available  to customer

Post code is pr6 7pz

Re: How long before a service goes live

Enter your phone number and post results. Until you can see FTTP available you will not be able to order

Re: How long before a service goes live

My phones are a SIP trunk and a couple of SIP basic lines. No traditional numbers from a 1Gb VM service.

Desperate to leave VM. But not for 5Mb.

Re: How long before a service goes live

Sorry did not initially notice the address option.

Correctly shows me connected to Bamber Bridge but shows as FTTP not available.

Re: How long before a service goes live

You would need to keep checking until you see FTTP available and then phone to place order
